8226 Germantown (Zoned RSA-3) - Preliminary Review - pre-permit application. 10,000 sq. ft., lot with the historic Detweiler House. Proposal for a residential project that would: (1) preserve the existing historic resource; and (2) construct multi-family units for an active senior living community that fits within the historic context of the neighborhood. The project will require both historic review and variances.
