Last week’s article about a group of local people who are developing a protective zoning “overlay” for Chestnut Hill’s Germantown Avenue incorrectly reported that John Landis and Larry McEwan, co-chairs of the Chestnut Hill Community Association’s Development Review Committee, were writing it. Landis and McEwan are part of a larger group of community stakeholders reviewing the proposal. The article should also have noted that Matt Rutt, chair of the group, declined to comment until the proposal is complete.
