The Chestnut Hill West regional rail line is likely first on the chopping block if SEPTA is forced to make service cuts. The coalition of neighborhood civic groups that is working to rally support for local ridership is holding their next rally, complete with live music, tomorrow morning at the Chelten Avenue station.
